The Company has been listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Stock Exchange”) since November 1993. On 12 June 2019, the Company passed a resolution in an annual general meeting to change the English name of the Company from “Yugang International Limited” to “Planetree International Development Limited” and the Chinese name “梧桐國際發展有公司”.
